I Didn’t Realize How Much Stress My Body Was Carrying

For years I lived in constant stress without fully realizing how deeply it was affecting my nervous system and body.

After nearly 30 years working in corporate environments filled with deadlines, launches, pressure, and constant stimulation, anxiety and stress had simply become my normal.

I became so wired for stress that slowing down actually felt uncomfortable.

Like many people, I kept trying to “think” my way into feeling better while my body continued carrying the load.

TRE® changed that for me.

After my first session, I felt a level of calm and physical relief I hadn’t experienced in years. It felt practical, natural, and surprisingly simple — like discovering my body already knew what to do once I stopped overriding it.

That experience became the beginning of a completely different relationship with my nervous system and body.

Today I teach TRE® because I believe more people deserve access to safe, practical tools that help them feel better in their body and navigate modern life with greater calm, resilience, and balance.

How to Get Started

Attend an Intro to TRE® Workshop or a Private 1:1 Session(remote via Zoom).

You’ll learn the foundational exercises, experience the body’s natural tremoring response, and develop skills to safely self-regulate throughout the process.

Step 1: Learn & Experience TRE®

Step 2: Rest and Integrate

After a TRE® session, it is important to give your body and nervous system time to rest, process, and adapt to the experience. Many people notice improved relaxation, better sleep, reduced tension, and a greater sense of calm and connection in their body.

Step 3: Develop your Practice
